About

SourceAmerica is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating employment opportunities for people with significant disabilities. The organization works to connect people with disabilities to meaningful jobs while helping businesses and government agencies access qualified workers and services.

SourceAmerica supports a network of nonprofit organizations that provide employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities. Through these partnerships, it helps individuals develop workplace skills, find employment, and participate more fully in their communities.

The organization also works with businesses and federal agencies to identify job opportunities and develop contracts that can be performed by nonprofit agencies employing people with disabilities. Its activities span areas such as facilities management, logistics, manufacturing, administrative services, and other workforce needs.

Through its programs, partnerships, and advocacy efforts, SourceAmerica seeks to expand access to competitive employment and strengthen pathways to economic independence for people with significant disabilities. Its work also promotes greater inclusion of people with disabilities within the workforce and broader society.
