Arya Samaj is a Hindu reform movement founded by Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati in India in 1875. Based on the teachings and principles of the Vedas, the movement emphasizes truth, knowledge, ethical living, spiritual development, and social responsibility. It encourages individuals to pursue education, question superstition, and promote justice and equality in society. Arya Samaj advocates for a society guided by moral principles and universal human welfare, with an emphasis on personal improvement and the collective advancement of humanity. Its teachings have influenced religious, educational, and social reform efforts in India and among Hindu communities worldwide.

Education and community service are important aspects of Arya Samaj's activities. Organizations associated with the movement have established schools, educational institutions, and community programs intended to expand access to learning and encourage social progress. Arya Samaj also promotes principles such as the dignity of individuals, the importance of knowledge, and the responsibility to contribute to the well-being of others. Through religious gatherings, educational initiatives, social reform activities, and community engagement, Arya Samaj seeks to preserve Vedic teachings while encouraging ethical conduct, equality, and service to society.
