The Role
The Sales and Service Representative supports customers by delivering high-quality service while building and maintaining personal banking relationships. This role blends consultative sales, customer relationship management, and teller responsibilities to ensure customers receive financial solutions tailored to their needs. This position is based at the Rhawn Street Financial Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
• Perform teller and platform transactions accurately and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Cross-sell products and engage in outbound customer calls
• Develop knowledge of Univest’s products, services, and current promotions
• Follow operational procedures and corporate customer service guidelines
• Operate branch technology including computers, cash recyclers, iPads, and ATMs
• Participate in training, branch activities, and professional development programs
• Complete notary training if designated for the branch
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and the Univest Code of Conduct

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in retail sales or telemarketing with proven sales performance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic technology tools
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to complete required certifications and training programs within 12 months
