Pathway is a leading organisation working to improve healthcare for people experiencing homelessness and other forms of social exclusion. Through the Faculty for Homeless and Inclusion Health, Pathway brings together professionals, researchers, and practitioners to influence policy, share evidence, and improve practice across health and care systems.
The Communications and Publications Support Officer plays a key role in helping Pathway communicate its work, strengthen professional networks, and deliver high-quality publications and events that support better outcomes for marginalised communities. This varied role combines communications, digital content, event coordination, and publication support, ensuring that valuable knowledge and resources reach the people who need them most.
Candidates should have experience in communications or administration roles, including remote working environments. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, alongside experience using WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, MS Teams, and social media platforms professionally. Attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and an understanding of confidentiality and data protection are vital.
Experience supporting events, conferences, and producing newsletters would be advantageous.
