The Role
Unifrog is seeking an Account Manager to lead its specialist provision partnerships across the UK. You will manage relationships with special schools, SEND settings, pupil referral units, alternative provision providers and other specialist education organisations, helping partners maximise the value of the Unifrog platform. The role also involves shaping Unifrog’s strategy for supporting specialist provision while driving long-term engagement and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with specialist education partners.
Deliver training and ongoing support to partner schools.
Drive engagement, renewals and long-term retention.
Identify and resolve barriers to platform adoption.
Gather partner feedback to improve products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop specialist provision strategies.
Requirements
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Commercial mindset with experience achieving targets.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for improving educational outcomes and equity.
Experience in education partnerships, SEND, account management or customer success is desirable.
What They Offer
Salary of £40,000 plus unlimited commission (OTE £45,000).
