National Energy Action (NEA) is the UK’s national fuel poverty charity, working across England, Wales and Northern Ireland to ensure everyone can afford to live in a warm, healthy home. For more than 40 years, the charity has supported vulnerable households through advice, advocacy and practical solutions to tackle fuel poverty and improve energy efficiency.

The Role

National Energy Action is looking for a Project Development Co-ordinator to deliver projects across the London region. You will build partnerships, engage local communities, provide energy advice to vulnerable households, and oversee project delivery while helping develop new programmes and funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver energy and community support projects across London.
• Build partnerships with local authorities and community organisations.
• Provide one-to-one energy and fuel debt advice.
• Deliver awareness sessions and community outreach activities.
• Monitor project outcomes and prepare reports.
• Support funding proposals and programme development.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects in energy, housing, community development or related fields.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent organisational and reporting abilities.
• Understanding of challenges facing vulnerable communities.
• Knowledge of domestic energy efficiency is desirable.
