The Role

Join Smart Works Birmingham as an Outreach Executive, building relationships with referral partners and promoting the charity’s services across Birmingham and the Midlands. You will lead outreach activities, represent the charity at community events, and support projects that help women from underrepresented communities access employment support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
  • Promote Smart Works Birmingham at community and networking events.
  • Support outreach projects for diverse and underrepresented communities.
  • Identify partnership opportunities to increase referrals.
  • Contribute to the charity’s strategic outreach and engagement goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in outreach, partnership development or community engagement.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
