The Global Good Fund Fellowship is a 12-month hybrid leadership development program for social entrepreneurs who have already built something worth scaling and now need the executive capacity to take it further. The program does not fund enterprises directly; it invests in the people running them, operating on the belief that a leader who grows will grow everything around them.
About the Global Good Fund Fellowship Program
Founded and administered by the Global Good Fund, a Washington DC-based organization with a track record of backing high-potential social entrepreneurs across more than 30 countries, the fellowship combines professional coaching, executive mentorship, a targeted leadership development grant, and access to a curated global network. Unlike programs that prioritize business model refinement or product development, the Global Good Fund treats leadership capacity as the primary variable in whether a social enterprise reaches its potential.

Application Process
The selection process runs across three sequential phases. Phase 1 is an initial application submitted through Submittable, covering enterprise background, leadership role, and social impact overview. Candidates who pass Phase 1 are invited to Phase 2, where they complete a detailed questionnaire covering their leadership journey, theory of change, and business model. Finalists from Phase 2 advance to Phase 3, a virtual interview with a selection panel comprised of Global Good Fund staff and external evaluators. All submitted information is used exclusively for internal evaluation and is not shared outside the organization.
