Greater Rochester Health Foundation is a not-for-profit foundation established in 2006. The organisation focuses on improving health care systems and solving health issues in the selected regions of  Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates. With a total grant pool of $2.5 million, the foundation seeks to provide communities that lack proper healthcare facilities such as the immigrants, the elderly, disabled, transgender and other disadvantaged people with better services.
