The program combines financial support with mentoring and expert guidance to strengthen project implementation and deepen grassroots civic involvement.

Funding Size
- Maximum grant amount: 235 000 RSD per project
- Co‑financing is not required; groups receive full funding support
- 80 projects are supported in total
- Each selected project runs for four months between March 1 and June 30, 2026.
- Selected groups receive mentoring and expert guidance alongside financial support

Informal groups of citizens, meaning groups not formally registered as organisations
