International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) Small Grants Program – Civil Society Organisations

International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) Small Grants Program supports associations of families of missing persons and civil society organisations (CSOs) operating in Ukraine. ICMP provides project funding of USD 3,000 to USD 15,000 for activities that strengthen family participation, organisational capacity, and cooperation with state institutions, with applications open until 31 January 2026.

About The International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) Small Grants Program 

The International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) hosts this small grants program in Ukraine, aimed at enhancing the role of family associations of missing persons and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in addressing issues related to missing persons in Ukraine. The application opens December 31, 2025 and closes January 31, 2026 and offers a grant of up to 15,000 USD to combat the problem of missing families in Ukraine. The funding programme focuses on increasing civic participation, improving collaboration between families, civil society and the government. They also aim to support building organisational skills for data collection, advocacy and policy engagement.

• Complete the application form on the ICMP official website and submit it by 31st January 2026

• Applications should be submitted in English or Ukrainian via the official website.
• After reviews, successful applicants are contacted for the next steps.
