The Role

Neighbourhood is seeking a Senior Strategy Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping client success, driving agency performance, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and oversee marketing strategies that help clients achieve their goals.
  • Provide clear direction on priorities, opportunities, and performance improvement.

Client Relationship Management

Requirements

  • At least five years of marketing experience across multiple channels.
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Experience working with Christian organizations and/or a strong understanding of faith-based audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • A proactive mindset with strong decision-making skills.
