The McKinsey.org Forward Learning Program is an initiative to help individuals succeed in a rapidly changing work environment. The programme is provided virtually and available in more than 130 countries. To participate, individuals must commit two hours per week over the 10‑week duration.
Participants learn through digital courses and interactive learning sessions. Skills covered include adaptability, wellbeing solving and relationship, as well as digital and AI essentials. At the end of the programme, learners will use the knowledge learnt to assist their various countries. .As a member of the McKinsey.org community, individuals will have access to various online resources.
