About the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme

The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme is an initiative of the Federal Government of Nigeria, with the support of the e European Union and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). It addresses youth unemployment by creating paid workplace opportunities for recent graduates.

Selected fellows complete a 12-month placement in public and private sector companies. Host organisations operate across Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. Fellows are assigned to real job roles based on their academics. They contribute directly to organisational growth while learning on the job.

The programme offers mentorship and career guidance. Fellows are assisted through learning modules and access to the NJFP Talent Hub. This platform provides unique digital resources and entrepreneurship support. The programme encourages innovation and productivity.
