As a community-based grant, it seeks to support local voluntary groups, charities and grassroots organisations to restore trust and peace to the communities.
Only residents and groups based in the City of Stoke-on-Trent can apply. Also, all projects must take place in the city. The groups and organisations must be registered and constituted before they can become eligible to submit their applications. As a one-year grant funding program, all projects are expected to be completed by March 2027.
