KSrelief 24,000 meals support displaced families in Gaza

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KsRelief) provided 24,000 hot meals to displaced families in Gaza on Tuesday. This activity complements Saudi Arabia’s broader efforts to help displaced families in Gaza.

KSrelief’s partner, the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, managed the delivery of the meals. They also organised the distribution of the meals in the field.

Additionally, the charity gave out food baskets at refugee camps in Khan Younis. This happened after an aid convoy delivered a large number of baskets to Gaza on Tuesday.

KSrelief, since its establishment in 2015, has worked together with UNICEF. They have worked together in bringing humanitarian aid to children and people who need it the most.

KSrelief efforts helping displaced residents in Gaza

KSrelief’s efforts alongside those of other charities provide pivotal humanitarian aid for displaced residents in Gaza. The humanitarian conditions in the region remain catastrophic.

Millions of displaced people face acute shortages of food, water, and medicine. Military action alongside destroyed infrastructure has left residents in a severe state.

Moreover, children are suffering terribly due to the situation in the region. Many suffer from malnutrition and cannot access proper healthcare.
