About the Stanford Seed Transformation Program
The Stanford Seed Transformation Program is part of Stanford Graduate School of Business’s Seed efforts to help entrepreneurs succeed in today’s business world. The programme runs for ten months and training is carried out through in-person sessions.
Participants work closely with Stanford faculty and business advisors to create a transformation plan that scales business. Themes covered are leadership, strategy, innovation and operational growth.
Throughout the programme, entrepreneurs are paired in small peer groups known as Leadership Labs to exchange ideas and share their experiences. . Each company receives guidance from a Stanford business advisor who teaches them about the business world. Upon completion, participants are certified by the Stanford Graduate School of Business and become members of the Seed Transformation Network.
