Eight volunteers from a local NGO and one staff member of an INGO were killed during a targeted airstrike against the NGO's center in Kafr Zita, Hama. It is reported that this attack was orchestrated by the Syrian regime or its allies. Bunker busting bombs were reportedly used, which broke through to the underground shelter and killed the team.
