One UN national staff member was arrested by the South Sudan national Police Service (SSNPS) officers in Aweil, Northern Bahr El Gahzal. It seems that the arrest was in connection with a matter not related to his humanitarian work. He was released on bail on February 16th, the day after his arrest though the investigation was ongoing.
