One Sudanese INGO hospital administrator was arrested by policeman from the Pakistani intelligence and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) from his home in Peshawar. He was transferred to Guantanamo and spent over five years in detention. He was initially accused of having ties with an organization that provided financial and logistical support to Al-Qaeda but was ultimately cleared of all charges in 2005 by a military panel. He was repatriated to Sudan December 12, 2007 with no criminal charges. Means of attack recorded as detention/arrest. Context raid. Actor Pakistani Intelligence Service.
