One aid worker kidnapped in Pochalla

One national INGO staff driver was abducted when reportedly forced to transport government authorities on official business. On August 23 at 9:00LT, the staff member was requested at a local government office where his services were demanded. After his refusal was allegedly rejected, the INGO staff member transported authorities for three days where he was forced to cover his own living costs and was not allowed to contact his family. After completion of the request the staff member was released unharmed, but not compensated. Means of attack recorded as detention/arrest. Context individual attack. Actor Not applicable.
