An INGO medical team was caught in a reported mortar attack by Turkish Armed Forces and the Free Syrian Army at a project site in the north-eastern town of Rashidiyya where they were providing medical aid. In the attack, one international staff member was killed after shrapnel hit his head and another international staff was wounded. Means of attack recorded as shelling. Context combat/crossfire.
