1 INGO international (French) staff shot and killed Monday while traveling from the group's regional base in the African country as part of an "exploratory mission'' checking on health conditions in the town of N'Gaoundal. Rebels control much of the area where the victim was killed, but it was unclear whether they were involved in the attack. Means of attack recorded as shooting. Context ambush.
