One aid worker killed in Rakaya Sijneh

One national male NGO volunteer was struck by aerial bombardment in the Idlib countryside near the village of Rayaka, while on route to respond to a civilian call. The volunteer sustained a serious head wound which he later succumbed to. Motive for the attack is unconfirmed, but considering the location and the marked vehicle it appears unlikely to be incidental. Means of attack recorded as aerial bombardment general.
