One male NRCS volunteer was transporting a patient between two hospitals. After the transfer, the volunteer left with the ambulance and disappeared. After three days he was located in Um Aranib hospital, 52 km away from his initial location, unconscious, badly beaten, and he had a broken leg. On January 14th has was transferred to Misurata hospital but died on-route. No other information is available about this incident. Means of attack recorded as bodily assault.
