One UN agency international staff member involved in the medical evacuation of a COVID-19 patient that deceased during the evacuation was ambushed and taken by a group of community members in military vehicles. The staff was seriously injured while in their care and was released later that day after a security/military mission to retrieve him. Means of attack recorded as bodily assault. Context detention.
