One aid worker wounded in Kalemie

One national male INGO staff member was wounded outside of his residence when perpetrators assaulted him with a machete. They also stole his personal belongings and it is reported that was most likely the primary motive. The incident occurred in Kalemie, Tanganyika province. Means of attack recorded as bodily assault.
