One INGO reception centre guard was injured when he was attacked by a group of nearby male civilians. INGO staff were attempting to instruct a woman on infant bathing safety, when she became irritable. As the group of nearby men heard the issue they approached the staff holding knives. The staff fled and the nearby guard attempted to control the mob when he was stabbed. He was taken to a health facility where he received medical attention.
