One aid worker wounded in Machi
One national INGO driver was assaulted when the vehicle he was travelling in was ambushed by a group of armed men between Kapoeta South and Camp 15. There were two other staff members in the vehicle for a total of two international staff members and one local staff member. They were all robbed of their valuables and money. The international staff members were robbed of their passports as well. After the attack, the group traveled to Kapoeta so that their colleague could receive medical attention at the hospital for a head injury. Means of attack recorded as bodily assault. Context ambush.
