Three national NGO volunteers were killed during an airstrike, and three other volunteers were also seriously injured at 10:50am LT on June 20, 2019. Reports indicate the airstrike directly targeted the NGO ambulance while it was transporting a patient in the Maarrat Al-Numan area of Idlib province on a rural road.
