Two national NNGO staff members were detained by Agence Nationale de Renseignements (ANR) agents from an area occupied by M23 in Kalemie, Tanganyika. They were accused of not having signatory names on their mission orders and were held for two days before being released after a sum of money was given. Means of attack recorded as detention/arrest.
