Two UN-contracted employees (driver and assistant) were abducted by an unknown armed group (suspected to be rebel elements) and the contents of the truck were stolen. The truck was traveing in a convoy escorted by the Popular Defence Forces. The driver and the assistant were eventually released on 20 November 2013. Means of attack recorded as kidnapping.
