Two UN-contracted truck drivers were kidnapped while off-loading provisions from their truck by anti-government elements (AGE). AGE elements assaulted the truck drivers and forced them to reload the truck before taking the trucks and drivers to an unknown location. The drivers were released with the trucks (but not the commodities) after three days of negotiations with community leaders. Means of attack recorded as kidnapping. Context individual attack.
