Two aid workers wounded in Buluk
Two male national staff members of two separate INGOs were stopped at 10:00 am LT outside a UN Agency in Buluk, after leaving a nearby bank. The staff were reportedly stopped by eight armed men in military uniforms, who forcibly detained them and drove them to the John Garang Mausoleum. At the monument park, the men were assaulted, stripped naked, and severely physically abused. The perpetrators also stole large sums of money and cell phones from the staff members.
