Two female NGO staff members travelling in an organisation mini-bus were injured when they were attacked by an unknown assailant on a rickshaw with an IED. The perpetrator threw the remote-controlled IED at the mini-bus, but missed and it exploded on the ground. Means of attack recorded as other explosives. Context ambush.
