Collectively, the Foundation distributes hundreds of thousands of dollars annually across selected nonprofits.

Who Can Apply

This grant is available to registered U.S. nonprofit organizations that:

  • Hold valid IRS 501(c)(3) or 170(c) status
  • Deliver programs in education, health, or human and social services
  • Demonstrate proven community impact
  • Are officially incorporated and in good standing

Individuals, for-profit entities, and organizations without nonprofit status are not eligible.

Geographic Eligibility

Organizations must be based in or primarily serve residents of the following eastern Iowa counties:

  • Dubuque
  • Delaware
  • Clayton
  • Jones
  • Jackson
  • Fayette
  • Buchanan

Organizations located just outside these counties may be considered if they serve residents within the eligible areas.

Sector or Thematic Focus

The grant supports work in the following areas:

  • Education and youth development
  • Human and social services for vulnerable populations
  • Healthcare services for children and families
  • Community and cultural initiatives that improve quality of life

Application Process

  1. Review eligibility requirements and prepare necessary documents.
