Constellation is a U.S. energy company whose community philanthropy is delivered through corporate giving, the Constellation Foundation and employee-supported initiatives. Its charitable work is concentrated in communities where the company operates, with an emphasis on helping underserved populations and supporting organizations that contribute to long-term social, environmental and economic progress. In 2025, Constellation and its foundation, together with employees, contributed $24.5 million to community causes and supported 719 nonprofit organizations.

Climate and environmental stewardship, education and workforce development are the main pillars of its current philanthropy. Funding has supported environmental conservation, STEM education, workforce preparation and initiatives aimed at improving opportunities for economically disadvantaged communities.
