About
Founded in 2025, the Dacia Foundation for Romania is an independent nonprofit organization that promotes an inclusive society by improving physical and social mobility. It focuses on helping people overcome barriers that limit their access to education, employment and cultural opportunities. The foundation is supported by automobile manufacturer Dacia and works with nonprofit organizations to develop solutions that improve people's quality of life. Its activities include providing grants to nonprofit organizations working to expand educational opportunities, improve access to employment and increase participation in cultural activities. Through its Mobility Matters grant program, the foundation supports initiatives that address the needs of vulnerable communities and help individuals reach their potential. It collaborates with nonprofit partners to promote social inclusion, reduce inequality and develop sustainable solutions to mobility challenges across Romania.
