F1 star to auction unique helmet for dementia research
Lando Norris will be putting up his Canadian GP helmet for auction in support of Sir Jackie Stewart’s Race Against Dementia charity. Sir Jackie Stewart founded the charity after doctors diagnosed his wife, Helen, with the disease.
The Reigning champion sported a one-off design helmet in Montreal, showing the damage dementia can do to the brain. He did so in support of Sir Stewart’s charity and will be auctioning the helmet for the charity. All profits from the auction will fund important research into the disease.
Moreover, the winner of the auction will take home a helmet signed by Lando Norris , along with a VIP experience to the 2026 British GP. The experience includes accommodation and exclusive paddock access.
Additionally, the winner of the helmet will also get to meet with Sir Jackie Stewart.
“I’m really proud to support Race Against Dementia, and this prize draw gives fans a chance to get involved too and win an amazing prize. This helmet carries a powerful message, one side represents a healthy brain, while the other reflects the impact of dementia. It means a lot to me, and getting to share the story of this helmet in Canada was very special,” said Lando Norris.
