  • Alumni of U.S. government-funded or U.S. government-sponsored exchange programmes

Geographic Eligibility

Applicants must submit a concept note and supporting documentation that clearly outline the project idea, objectives, implementation plan, expected outcomes, and a detailed budget. Concept notes should be prepared by teams of at least two alumni and must demonstrate how the project meets the eligibility criteria and aligns with programme priorities.
