The Grant Proposal Development Workshop (GPDW) Part 2 brings together a small cohort of 10–15 faculty members who have already identified a funding opportunity. The program supports participants in developing real grant proposals through guided sessions, peer input, and individualized feedback from research development specialists.
Eligibility
- Open to faculty members across all disciplines
- Must have an identified funding opportunity
- Must be planning to submit a proposal within the next 12 months
- Suitable for early-career researchers or faculty seeking a refresher in grant writing
Program Structure
- Cohort size of 10–15 participants
- Structured proposal writing sessions
- Personalized review and feedback on draft sections
- Support from the Office of Research Development throughout the process
- Focus on progressing toward a complete, submission-ready proposal
Application Process
Applicants must submit a short application outlining their funding opportunity and planned proposal. Selection is competitive due to limited space, and only candidates with clear submission plans will be considered.
